Shipping - Returns - Exchanges

Shipping

No Trace strives to send packages that are ordered and paid for before 15:00 the same day. If this does not work, this will in any case be done within three days after receipt of the order and payment.
Shipping is done via PostNL. During the checkout process you have the possibility to indicate personal preferences regarding the shipment. By default, No Trace chooses insured shipment with signature for receipt. These costs and any personal choices are included in the settlement.
All costs are clear before you proceed to pay. Until the moment of payment, every shopping cart operation is without obligation.
After paying, and accepting our terms and conditions, our general terms and conditions come into effect.
Because our products have different sizes of weights and we, as far as possible, ship everything combined, it is hardly possible for us to make an indication of the costs here.

Pick up

Of course it is also possible to see the products first by collecting them. Please make an appointment first via info@notrace.nl to avoid disappointments due to absence. We are not a regular store. You will then be received in our workshop which is located a short distance from our business address.

Receiving

If the package is offered to you in damaged condition, please refuse the package.
If this is not possible, immediately, we ask you to inform us AND the carrier as soon as possible after discovery of these damages. This helps enormously in getting reimbursed for any costs.

Returns

Right of withdrawal/Consumer right

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Read the fine print here.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories delivered will be returned to No Trace in its original condition and packaging.
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@notrace.nl. As soon as you have complied with this, we will refund the order amount due to you in full and within 7 days of receipt of your return.
The return costs to No Trace are for your own account.

Application of Beckolja

Beckolie, by me and many with me, has been used for many years for a wide variety of purposes:

I use it as mosquito oil (on the skin or in an aroma lamp).
Others use it in soap for skin conditions.
But also to make leather water repellent.
Beckolja can even be used in domestic and farm animals to ward off insects.
I even read that there are people adding a drop to their Vodka for an extra forest aroma.
This Beckolja can also be found in Nordic Summer.

The smell of Beck oil

You either love this smell or you hate it. A pronounced smoked pine wood aroma that always reminds me strongly of forest campfires during cold winter nights.

Use of Beckolja

Despite the relatively small contents of the bottle, this lasts a very long time. Because you only need a very limited amount every time, read: drop(s). It can even be diluted, as needed.
