Shipping - Returns - Exchanges

Shipping

No Trace strives to send packages that are ordered and paid for before 15:00 the same day. If this does not work, this will in any case be done within three days after receipt of the order and payment.
Shipping is done via PostNL. During the checkout process you have the possibility to indicate personal preferences regarding the shipment. By default, No Trace chooses insured shipment with signature for receipt. These costs and any personal choices are included in the settlement.
All costs are clear before you proceed to pay. Until the moment of payment, every shopping cart operation is without obligation.
After paying, and accepting our terms and conditions, our general terms and conditions come into effect.
Because our products have different sizes of weights and we, as far as possible, ship everything combined, it is hardly possible for us to make an indication of the costs here.

Pick up

Of course it is also possible to see the products first by collecting them. Please make an appointment first via info@notrace.nl to avoid disappointments due to absence. We are not a regular store. You will then be received in our workshop which is located a short distance from our business address.

Receiving

If the package is offered to you in damaged condition, please refuse the package.
If this is not possible, immediately, we ask you to inform us AND the carrier as soon as possible after discovery of these damages. This helps enormously in getting reimbursed for any costs.

Returns

Right of withdrawal/Consumer right

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Read the fine print here.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories delivered will be returned to No Trace in its original condition and packaging.
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@notrace.nl. As soon as you have complied with this, we will refund the order amount due to you in full and within 7 days of receipt of your return.
The return costs to No Trace are for your own account.

What is felting?

For centuries felt is made with the help of water, soap, heat and friction. Wool is a fiber that simply hooks together because of the scales. When these fibers slide along each other and the scales are aligned opposite, the scales will hook together and felt will form. This is called wet felting.
In dry felting or needle felting, a dry piece of wool is punctured with a needle with barbs. By pricking, the felt becomes ever denser and shapes and patterns can be made.

This Vogelpinda cheese pick house circles does not last forever. This is because the birds, when they nest in it, leave bacteria in it. Or the cottage is literally consumed by the birds. They then pick out the wool to fill their own nest. Bird nests have already been spotted with cheerful colors of wool in them! 😉

Natural materials?

Wool is a natural material. We often buy it directly from a sheep farmer (for example for fur felting) In addition, it comes from lots that are ‘mulesing free’. The dyed wool meets the Oeko-Tex standard 100, there is painted with ecological paint. The dyed wool contains no harmful substances, and is produced environmentally and human-friendly. Employees have good working conditions and are not exposed to harmful substances. As much as possible, we also purchase material that complies with the GOTS and GRS.
