Shipping

No Trace strives to send packages that are ordered and paid for before 15:00 the same day. If this does not work, this will in any case be done within three days after receipt of the order and payment.

Shipping is done via PostNL. During the checkout process you have the possibility to indicate personal preferences regarding the shipment. By default, No Trace chooses insured shipment with signature for receipt. These costs and any personal choices are included in the settlement.

Pick up

Of course it is also possible to see the products first by collecting them. Please make an appointment first via info@notrace.nl to avoid disappointments due to absence. We are not a regular store. You will then be received in our workshop which is located a short distance from our business address.

Receiving

If the package is offered to you in damaged condition, please refuse the package.

If this is not possible, immediately, we ask you to inform us AND the carrier as soon as possible after discovery of these damages. This helps enormously in getting reimbursed for any costs.

Returns

Right of withdrawal/Consumer right

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Read the fine print here.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories delivered will be returned to No Trace in its original condition and packaging.
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@notrace.nl. As soon as you have complied with this, we will refund the order amount due to you in full and within 7 days of receipt of your return.

The return costs to No Trace are for your own account.

No Trace also adheres to the guidelines of the Distance Selling Act for its general terms and conditions. You can read your rights and obligations for buying via the internet on distance selling.
